**Week 2 Only**
In Studio A - Ages 6-9, 9am - 12pm
In Studio B - Ages 10-12, 1pm - 4pm

This course will help students develop their creative abilities by introducing them to fundamental design elements such as color, line, texture, pattern and repetition.

These elements will be applied and emphasized through specific fine art and graphic art disciplines including printmaking, painting, drawing, mixed media, sculpture and the integration of technological advancements like photography.

Students will be encouraged to think “green” and incorporate recycled objects into their masterpieces in hopes to help preserve our environment. They will also have the opportunity to learn about both historical and modern art while using both observation and imagination and having the freedom to combine a bit of both throughout their portfolio pieces.

Please wear old clothes and bring an apron. Feel free to bring a small snack.
